This policy is a working draft prepared for the Tatv.expo launch and should be reviewed by counsel before relying on it for regulated processing. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and common ad-platform requirements.

Who we are

Tatv.expo is a platform operated by Tattva Energy Fintech LLP (the "Company", "we", "us"), LLPIN AAQ-8419, registered office B-108, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017, India. "Tatv", "Tatv Group" and "Tatv.expo" are brands of the LLP.

What we collect

Contact and business details you give us through forms: name, work email, company, optional WhatsApp number, role, and tier interest.
Usage and device data: pages visited, referral source, approximate region, and campaign parameters (UTMs), collected through privacy-friendly analytics.
Demo experience data (only if you enter the 3D demo): if you create an avatar, we process a selfie image to generate a 3D avatar; if you use a spatial scan feature, we process device sensor or LiDAR data to build a 3D space. These are processed only with your explicit consent and only for that purpose.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, send your walkthrough link, and discuss exhibitor options.
To measure and improve our campaigns and the platform.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your selfie or spatial data for advertising or model training without separate, explicit consent.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, analytics, email/WhatsApp delivery, and our CRM), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep lead and contact data for as long as needed to pursue the enquiry and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Avatar and spatial-scan data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the experience and is deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We provide a deletion path for your contact data, avatar, and any scans.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics and minimal cookies needed to run the site and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
